Who We Are

John Baltzer
John brings 8 years of hands-on experience from top-tier dealerships including Mercedes-Benz of Plano, Porsche Plano, Crest INFINITI, Park Place Lexus, and Mark Allen Buick GMC. Having worked across service and sales, he understands the car business from the inside out.
He has managed service operations, negotiated vehicle deals, and worked directly with buyers—giving him real insight into dealership pricing, incentives, trade-ins, and financing structures.
Today, John uses that insider knowledge to simplify the car buying process, eliminate friction, and negotiate smarter deals—delivering a seamless, fully guided experience from search to delivery.

Caleb Buckminster
Caleb combines hands-on sales experience with a strong foundation in finance and accounting. He worked in automotive sales at Mark Allen GMC, where he built expertise in client communication, negotiation, and managing deals from start to finish. He holds an accounting degree from Oklahoma State University, giving him a sharp understanding of financials, margins, and deal structure.
His background also includes banking and retail sales with T-Mobile, where he developed strong skills in customer service, compliance, and presenting value-driven solutions. This blend of sales and financial knowledge makes him highly effective in both relationship-building and strategic decision-making.
